Antique Chefs Knife | France

Found in a flea market in France, this L"Etoile knife is made of carbon steel with a wood handle. Once usied in a kitchen dating the early 1900s, this knife when maintained is great for culinary tasks.
The wood handle is seasoned and worn from age and wear. It still has many goods years of use left in the kitchen, and they look charming when added to the table.
Also, the chefs knife is French maker marked.
