Vintage Trivet | French Kitchen Decor | 1930s Boar
Found in the Brittany region of France, we couldnt have been more delighted finding this Vintage Trivet.
It's an authentic 1930s aluminum French trivet with a sanglier or wild boar in the wild on the top plate.
With its classic boar design you see butchers shops in French villages, this vintage trivet is footed and a nice weight of aluminum patinated from decades of use.
Making for a wonderful trivet for just about anything, it can be used for a hot pot or pan or a s a riser for a vase or bowl to display in the kitchen. It's sure to inspire conversation!
The trivet is French maker marked by the foundry Fondal.
