Originally used for proofing bread, we love to use lined with linen for serving warm bread. Its a hand-made one-of -a kind for making those beautiful grooves on a loaf of freshly baked bread. It has a solid wood bottom with patina from years of use and wear. Fill with your produce for daily storage.
