Antique Pottery Green Mixing Bowl | Rare Arches Fish Scale Pattern

Antique Pottery Green Mixing Bowl | Arches Fish Scale Pattern is the perfect solution for adding earthy color, texture, and authentic early American pottery character to a kitchen shelf, hutch, or tabletop display. Its rich green glaze and rare patterned surface make it a striking piece for collectors and decorators alike.

Perfect For:

  • Displaying on open kitchen shelving or a hutch
  • Adding color to a pottery or mixing bowl collection
  • Using as a decorative bowl or centerpiece
  • Layering into farmhouse, cottage, or collected interiors

Style It With:
Pair this antique green pottery mixing bowl with pieces from our Vintage Stoneware, Clay Pottery & Handmade Earthenware collection and layer in complementary accents from our Vintage Kitchen Decor collection for a warm and storied kitchen display.

This antique pottery green mixing bowl likely dates to the 1920s and may have been produced by Hull or McCoy, both beloved American pottery makers known for utilitarian kitchenware and collectible forms. The arches and fish scale-style pattern gives the bowl wonderful surface interest, while the earthy green glaze adds depth and warmth.

We hand selected this piece for its gorgeous color, uncommon pattern, and storied presence. The interior hairline, exterior rim pit, glaze wear, crazing, and age-related imperfections are part of its history and should be expected in antique pottery of this age. Even with wear, this bowl has tremendous decorative appeal and displays beautifully.

Use it as a shelf statement, stack it with other vintage bowls, or style it as a centerpiece with dried botanicals, fruit, or collected objects. Its rare pattern and rich color make it a memorable addition to any pottery collection.
