This basket demijohn carrier was once used by vintners to transport a large demi-john bottle.

Made of sturdy metal strapping with metal wrapped cut outs for handles, this metal basket once was lined with hay and housed a large glass demijohn bottle. Desirable wear from age and use, this basket has a rustic French appeal.
