Found in the Provence region of France, we're always on the hunt for a classic antique French faux bamboo mirror. The design is called Chinoiserie, a European style that started in the 1920s which reflected Chinese influence. The French adopted the style (faux bamboo) into their hardwood which is now an iconic look used in interior design. This petite mirror has the original cotton rope with attached hand-made acorns adorning one corner. Great for any room in your home. Desirable age wear. Circa 1920s.
