Each one of our marble parat bowls were once a mainstay in an Indian kitchen. They were traditionally used to raise yeasted bread dough. These parat bowls were often a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation. This bowl has unique character and a story of its own as this piece has been crafted by hand. 
They make a lovely center tray.
