Made of for hotels and restaurants, an exciting Ironstone Match Holder and ashtray combination for the tobbaccianna collector’s.
Found in a flea maket stateside, this heavy ironstone piece holds your book of matches and also serves as an ashtray. Its durable desighn and weight made it suitable for heavy wear and use. One is stamped by the maker Shenango China, the other is unmarked.
Era: vintage; late 1920s -1960s
Condition: very good; age wear, patina.
