Found in France, a  banneton basket used or the final raise of dough before baking. We love to use as intended or lined with linen for serving warm bread. Its a hand-made one-of -a kind for making those beautiful grooves on a loaf of freshly baked bread. It has patina from years of use and wear. Fill with your produce for daily storage, use as a bread serving  basket or fruit gasket on the kitchen table. Circa 1950s
