Vintage Olive Jar | Turkish Earthenware Hand Made Pottery
This beautiful Vintage Olive Jar from Anatolia in Turkey has a magnificent aged patina giving it its own unique character. These one of a kind jars or pots were used for storing olive oil, olives, wine or grains.
The vintage pot will show some imperfections consistent with age and use, which add to their rustic charm. Made by village artisans, each pot is made from indiginous clay making each one-of-a-kind.
They make stunning accent pieces whether used on the interior or exterior of your home, adding history and an organic texture to a space.
Tip: insert a glass vase when using fresh greens or flowers. We do NOT recommend putting water directly into the pot itself.
