Lovely vintage pair of worn walnut wood pepper mill & salt shakers made in Japan. Turned worn bleached hardwood, screw top is removed to fill the chamber with peppercorns. We love decorative kitchen items like this to use and display next to the range. The tightness of the screw determines the desired coarseness of the spice. the patina is wonderful!
