This antique copper funnel is a wonderful example of the utilitarian copper pieces once used in European kitchens, wine cellars and breweries. Dating to the 19th century, the wide copper bowl leads into a long hand-formed spout with a beautifully visible brazed seam, while the interior retains its old tin lining. An original iron hanging ring adds even more character. We love it hung in a kitchen or pantry where the warm copper, old repairs and evidence of its working life can be appreciated.
