Small English Footstool with Original Woven Seat

When a room needs something small but full of character, an antique footstool is one of our favorite pieces to add. Sourced in England, this antique English wood and woven rush footstool dates to the early 1900s and retains its wonderfully aged dark wood finish and beautifully intact woven seat. Turned legs, simple stretchers and a warm timeworn patina give it the relaxed character of an old English country interior. Its compact size makes it especially easy to place.
