This vintage MCM cased art glass vase is a substantial statement piece with layers of warm amber, chocolate brown and nearly black glass. Fine horizontal lines circle the entire vessel, with wider bands revealing the golden glass beneath and giving the surface wonderful depth and texture. The simple cylindrical form and graphic decoration have a distinctly midcentury feel, while its generous 12.5-inch height makes it striking enough to stand alone on a console, table or shelf.
