This vintage floral oil painting immediately caught our eye with its oversized golden orange flowers and deep, nearly black background. Painted by hand in oil on canvas board, the composition fills nearly the entire surface with loose green foliage and wonderfully expressive blooms. We especially love the warm ochre, mustard and orange palette and the visible brushwork throughout. At 18 x 24 inches, it is a substantial unframed painting that can easily stand on its own.
